Bofinger - set in a Belle Epoque dining palace with incredible stained glass windows in the 4th.  I like the atmosphere and the wine list.  The menu is old world favorites and surprising modern dishes mixed in. I would recommend you make a reservation and specify a table downstairs so you can take advantage of the beauty. It is always crowded and thus a good “buzz” happening.  It’s a good spot to eat at when headed to the Paris ballet and perfect for people watching at lunch when the locals seem to congregate.
